Advancing Care at Home: Prudential Health Care Takes Part in National Conference
CERRITOS, CA — Leaders from Prudential Health Care, NXT Level Care and Heralds Home Health are contributing to the future of home-based care through ongoing engagement in national industry forums. James McGee and Osvaldo Santa Ana, who lead the Southern California-based network, participated in the 36th Annual HomeCareCon Conference and Trade Show, held July 22–24 in Orlando, Fla., which brought together providers, administrators and health care professionals from across the country to discuss trends and challenges in post-acute services.
The three-day conference featured sessions on regulatory updates, care delivery innovation and the role of emerging technologies in advancing home health outcomes. McGee and Santa Ana attended as part of the organization’s continued investment in leadership development, clinical excellence and operational strategy.
“Os and I make it a priority to be in spaces where we can learn, challenge ourselves and grow as leaders,” McGee said. “These opportunities allow us to bring back ideas and strategies that support our teams, patients and the families who rely on us.”
While McGee and Santa Ana represented the organization at the national level, Vice President Shellee Amarillas remained in California to support day-to-day operations and program oversight.
“We’re proud of the work being done across all of our agencies, and I’m excited for James and Os to have had this opportunity to engage with leaders from across the country,” Amarillas said. “Their participation will only strengthen the important work we are doing locally. We look forward to applying what they’ve learned to better serve our patients and teams.”
Prudential Health Care was founded more than 20 years ago to deliver high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients in their homes. Today, the organization provides a full continuum of services—including home health, palliative care, private duty home care, hospice and residential care—across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. Its affiliated agencies, NXT Level Care and Heralds Home Health, expand access and coordination throughout the region.
